About me

I'm a certified mental coach with 11 years of experience, specialized in psychometric assessment. I work best with people who feel stuck, in themselves, their careers, or their personal lives. Psychometric tools give us a clear starting point; coaching turns that clarity into movement. I lead team-building programs, practice cross-cultural shamanism as a tool for transformation, and have authored two survival manuals (Hoepli / Wiley For Dummies), including the first hands-on manual devoted entirely to survival psychology. I founded Primordial Protocol, a project on evolutionary mismatch: the gap between the environment we evolved in and the one we live in today, and practical ways to measure and narrow it.
