About me
I’m Bonita Owens, PCC, an executive coach and founder of AWN Leadership Consulting. I work with women leaders, especially those stepping into director and VP roles, who are carrying more than any one person should. My 20+ years as an occupational therapist on multidisciplinary teams shaped how I coach: practical, whole-person, and focused on what actually works. Clients leave our sessions with clarity on where to spend their energy, the confidence to stop overfunctioning, and a leadership approach that fits who they are, not who they think they should be. I’m certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching and DISC, and the author of the Amazon best-seller Who Stole My Significance.
