About me
A lighthouse does not choose the destination, eliminate the storm, or steer the vessel. It provides light, perspective, and information so the navigator can choose a course. Coaching works the same way: the goal is not dependence on the coach, but helping people become better navigators of their own leadership, careers, teams, and lives.
