About me
I help business owners to run their business for success - for some, that means increase in profit, for others its scale, or an exit plan, or more clients etc. Together, we ask the right questions and find what is best for you. Having agreed the destination, we then look at where we are starting from, (the current state), agree a roadmap from one to the other, what priorities we will focus on and how we will measure success (KPIs). Working with leaders and managers, I help them be more effective and climb the ladder of success, and with teams, I help them to become cohesive, manage conflict, and become more efficient and productive. The help is industry and geography agnostic, having worked in a range of industries and roles, across 42 countries.
