My ideal clients are adults and couples who look “together” on the outside but are carrying more pain than they let on. They are spiritually minded (including those unsure what they believe now) who value both faith and psychology and want a more integrated, wholehearted life. They are looking for a coach who “gets” church and ministry culture but won’t offer cliché answers or minimize psychological complexity. They need emotionally safe space that blends psycho‑education, spiritual formation, and honest self‑discovery so they can name what’s really going on and move toward aligned action. I'll offer a calm, judgment-free space to think out loud, feel known, and leave each session with one or two practical next steps.
