Sobre mí

Your role has grown. Has your self belief caught up? The leaders I coach are expanding their capacity: growing their teams, taking on more responsibility or stepping into a bigger role than they have held before. On paper, they have earned it. Inside, their self belief has not quite caught up. They want to build executive presence, make the right first moves and carry the gravitas that goes with the role. If that sounds familiar, you are in very good company. The best leaders have a coach in their corner. What you can achieve might never be enough to make you happy; who you become will change everything. Together we explore what is possible, using tools from Playing Big, mental fitness and Co-Active Coaching, grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology.
